We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Deputy Business Support Manager to join our award winning Norfolk & Waveney Children, Families and Young People’s (CFYP) Services.

Initially this is a 6 month fixed term opportunity for either an experienced team leader or someone looking to make the next step in their career. CFYP has an innovative way of working and we encourage candidates to apply if they can bring innovation, dedication and commitment to developing our services and staff to ensure that an excellent standard of care is delivered to Children, Families and Young People which is at the heart of what we do.

We are looking for someone who can support over 20 staff by demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills whilst being able to respond to change. The role will require the ability and willingness to travel across Norfolk & Waveney independently as you will be expected to support team members who work across the service line as well as supporting senior management and clinical teams.

It is essential that the Deputy Business Support Manager has a strong focus on monitoring performance and data quality.

Interviews will be held on Monday 29th October at Northgate Hospital however subject to change.
