An excellent opportunity has arisen to join the Great Yarmouth and Waveney Acute Inpatient Team.

The unit provides acute inpatient care for the Norfolk and Suffolk Foundation Trust and works closely with the Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Teams and other Community Teams to provide an integrated admission and post-discharge service. We are a pro-active team who strive to deliver quality improvement within our service, to do so we are co-working with Service Users and Carers towards less restrictive practice.

We also have a structured day care program that run daily (weekends included) which involves OT staff and Music Therapists working closely with nursing team.

Reflective practice is high on our agenda to help support best practice and implement change. We are keen to develop our staff and always explore avenues for personal development.
