We are seeking to appoint a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner to work within the Great Yarmouth & Waveney Crisis Resolution & Home Treatment Team (CRHT) based at Northgate Hospital Acute Services.

The role will include carrying out emergency and urgent assessments of service users within the community and providing comprehensive packages of home treatment.   The post holder will have excellent mental health assessment skills and be able to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be able to work flexibly as this service covers 24 hours 7 days a week. Although you will be working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, there will be elements of lone working. The post will sit under the Great Yarmouth & Waveney Acute Mental Health Services within a supportive and progressive Locality.
