Are you a caring and compassionate individual?

Do you have experience of working with people with dementia?

Are you keen to develop your career in a motivated, dynamic and supportive team?

If you answer yes to all three questions then this is the post for you!

We have a vacancy for a full time Senior Community Mental Health Nurse and are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and committed individual who has experience of working with people with dementia to join the West Suffolk Dementia Intensive Support Team.

We work with individuals, families and carers in their own homes and other settings in order to promote independence, prevent hospital admissions, stabilise situations and improve the wellbeing of service users and their carers.

You will be joining a busy, highly supportive and friendly multi-disciplinary team with access to a full range of training to support your development in the role and towards your future career aspirations.

The team is based in Bury St Edmunds and covers all of West Suffolk, so a full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

Please see attached supplementary sheet for more information about what the service offers.

Interviews will be held on 9th November 2018, although this date may be subject to change
