Bury South Integrated Delivery Team is looking for a Mental Health Nurse or Occupational Therapist to work as a care coordinator within the Adult Pathway. The pathway works with adults experiencing a wide range significant mental health conditions, using a recovery focused and socially inclusive approach. The team uses a formulation model, delivering a wide range of evidence based individual and group interventions. We have strong links with the Recovery College, with team members co-producing courses alongside Service User and Carer colleagues.
You will be joining a committed, enthusiastic and recovery focused multi-disciplinary team, which covers the South West of Suffolk, including Bury St Edmunds, Haverhill and Sudbury. You will be supported and developed to deliver evidence based individual and group interventions to a wide range of service users, their families and carers. You will have the opportunity to participate in monthly team development days and supported to further your skills, knowledge and career through access to training and education.
